For those currently registered with a brokerage, terminated or resigned within the last 60 days.



LAPSED LICENCE

For those that have a licence that has lapsed beyond 60 days, but less than 2 years.

NEW REGISTRANT

For those who are new real estate salesperson, first of all, Congratulations! It was a hard and expensive struggle, but you've made it.
